Formed out of a pit of despair, Paralox came together with original band members Alan and Vanessa (aka VampX) and from there went on a never ending musical journey. Where it will end, who knows but it should be a fun ride. Alan had to leave us 3 and a bit years into the world domination tour which was very very sad indeed. But we couldn't wait to replace him with Grant. Only kidding. Seriously though, Grant joins us after another one of those long and gruelling searches that we love to rabbit on about. But before that, there was another long and gruelling search for a bass player, along came Ron with his slap happy bass. Great thumping sound to it and suits us just fine. We are issuing millitary grade flak jackets at the door of every gig. Then we needed a not only comptetant drummer but someone who could fit the bill to a tee. That boy was Doc. Awesome hitter and so tight... well, you know the rest. The current lineup goes like this:

• Vanessa (aka VampX) - Guitar (and all things rockstarish)
• Grant - Vocals (and other things rockstarish)
• Ron - Bass (now a fully fledged rockstar)
• Doc - Drums (stand back, the guy has drumsticks and aint afraid to hurl them!)

We are all gearheads and tone junkies and nothing is done by half measures. Take my amps for instance - real pants flappers but that's another story.

So here we are. Currently working with covers but its a means to an end. We would like to throw some of our original gear into the mix but that would mean having to finish some things off..
